Asante Kotoko management is said to be divided over the sacking of it's coach and head of technical management coach Marengo Baretto. The Portuguese manager bombarded the club of it's poor facilities at training. This has caused the club's failure this season after they were eliminated out of the FA cup and clinched the second position behind their arch-rivals Accra Hearts of Oak.
The club is yet to announce it's decision concerning the Portuguese gaffer as reports claims the said manager has resigned from the club and can't continue as such. Meanwhile his Assistant is said to have also made claims that he has only 4 good players in the club. Should he be made the coach of the club a total revamping of the team will be done and suggest new formidable team should be raised.
