The final National Science and Maths Quiz took off in the central and northern region on 10th May 2021 the first day saw Mfantsipim School and Business SHS from the central and northern region respectively qualifying for the National Championship. Mfantsipim School qualified with a total point of 66 and Business SHS qualified with a total point of 44. This contest was the final contest in both regions.

The final contest in the central region involved Mfantsipim School, Gyaase SHS, Enyan-Maim SHS, Swedru Sch. of Business, Fettehman SHS, and Twifo Hemang SHTS.
