Prologue:
Have you ever found yourself gravely questioning the dead about what exactly is beyond the grave? If the transition is one of absolute peace, milk and honey, dear one, would you teleport in a hurry?
Well, you definitely have to hear this, the dead have their own thoughts too -- uncertainties and regrets.
[Soliloquy]
"Thoughts in my skull aren't worth a penny here
Once a glamour, now a simpleton --
They can't even define my gender..."
[Intrusion]
Beautiful skeleton, what could be 'pon your mind?
Did you carry your worries into the next phase of life?
Or the peace death promised was rather a sham?
Is your new world out of bread, cheese and ham?
Oh right, your abode must be Eden -- you're surely sitting naked.
You look saddened though, why was your departure too sudden?
Or you miss your folks in the cold world?
If only you could tell us what's out there
we would come well prepared
Knock-knock, are you still there?
Can you hear me?
Would you show me your grave?
Perhaps I may find the voice of your soul
Alas! A grin of excitement draws on my face.
So you have a name... Your diary told me.
Why did you not tell her? She had it all.
Why were you sorrowful then?
Was she the sunshine you longed for?
Dear diary, can you not tell me more?
My curious ear would like to hear.
[Soliloquy]
"...the winds of time left me with no chance
My gloomy heart found shelter in the wings of birds
I lost it all
I didn't see
Death was calling my name
