He was then released and returned to the cells so that the police may continue their investigation.

The controversial cleric has been charged with threatening death and provocative behaviour conducive to a breach of peace.
Rev. Owusu Bempah and three others were arrested by the police on Sunday, September 12th, for making threats, brandishing weapons, and beating police personnel.
The Leader of Glorious Word Power Ministries International and the other suspects pleaded not guilty to the allegations against them when they appeared in court on Monday.
Gary Nimako Marfo, the suspects' legal counsel, pleaded to the court to give his clients bail.
The public prosecutor, Chief Inspector Dennis Terkpetey, however, objected to the petition, stating that the defendants should be remanded to permit for any investigations.
Judge Afia Owusuaa Appiah, who presided over the case, ruled that the accused could not be given bail after hearing all sides. This is to allow the cops to finish their investigation..
