In the name of Allah the Most Gracious the Most Merciful.
We say the the ethical theories are the best ways to know whether an act is right or wrong. For this reason I want to use the Kantion rule of ethics to prove the Shari'ah right or wrong.
Let's look at the rule that says "A soul for a soul".
According to Immanuel Kant, we can view it this way by making the statement this way " Whoever Kills a Person Must be Killed". If this is really the case yes no one will be exempted by the law except for those who did not do it intentionally for ethics only base on things that we have control over them. No one would want to kill another unjustly for the fear of being killed. This will therefore increase the peace and harmony humanity is enjoying. So from the Kantion school of ethics The Shari'ah is GOOD.
