THIS ONE TOO IS A GOOD SERIES
The soul of the sluggard desireth, and hath nothing: but the soul of the diligent shall be made fat. Proverbs 13:4 (KJV)
It is good to desire good things but it is a waste of time desiring without making the effort to achieve those desires. Many Christians spend so much time praying and little effort trying to work hard with their hands. This is the time for you to work diligently for what you desire in life.
Moral lessons
1. Prayer is not a substitute for Work. When you pray, work too.
2. Likewise, faith is not substitute for hard work, faith and work go hqnd in hand, James will say.
3. Work and work without faith and hope might be chasing me the wind, use the two.
4. What ever you desire, ask God for strength and start working towards it.
Prayer
Father, I thank you for who you are. Yes I have believed, desired and hoped for. I am working towards it too. Now bless the work of my hands and establish the desires of my heart in the name of Jesus Christ, Amen
Shalom
