Foundation You Should Not Deny
My son, hear the instruction of thy father, and forsake not the law of thy mother: Proverbs 1:8 (KJV)
The presence of parents is very important that is why most kids lose focus and become a liability to the society when they don't have either of their parents. It takes only the grace of God if you lose one of your parents because both parents bring something special to the family.
Listen to your parents. You don't know better than them!
Moral lessons
1. Listen to your parents in the Lord for they serve as your foundation in life.
2. Honor those who are not your parents but perform that role for you.
3. Parents, let your children be proud for having you in their lives. Remember you are the representatives of God head in their lives. Value that and use it well.
