Constipation and it's complications

Constipation occurs when a person has difficulty emptying the large bowel or passing out stool(Feces). Research shows that, almost every individual may experience constipation in their lifetime.
Constipation can happen for many reasons, such as when stool passes through the colon too slowly,Eating foods low in fiber, drinking little or less water ,lack of exercise, Taking large amounts of milk, cheese or red meat,Stress and also resisting the urge to have a bowel movement.
One may be constipated when the person have a difficulty passing stool,
strains or put in more pressure when passing stool,passes less stool than usual and when the stool is hard and dry.
Staying constipated for number of days or hours may be very uncomfortable. Constipation can cause one to have a bloated or full stomach, headache, chills, loss of appetite, stomach and abdominal pain, being irretable and unhappy.
Good news!
One can get rid of constipation by drinking enough water which helps softens the stool, eating fruits, vegetables and foods that contain fibers, exercising regularly which helps improve digestion and egestion, and taking less diary products.
Laxatives and purgatives can also help relieve constipation.
Constipation can happen anytime and any day. If you get constipated often, do yourself a favor and take a look at your diet!
